    Start a private-label request as an approved buyer.

    Stock label or Custom formulation — Custom asks for a volume commitment.

    Configure

    Products, packaging and volume, checked against the minimum order and pallet / container capacity, with indicative prices from your account.

    Your Brand

    Brand name, label colours and languages. Try logo ideas in the logo studio and see your label on the real pack — before any payment.

    Sample

    If you ask for one: a Stock sample carries a standard label; a Custom formula is first developed at the factory, with no development fee.

    Proforma

    Your priced proforma. Approve it to place the order under a B2BOIL proforma number.

    Deposit, Logo & Label

    After your 30% deposit our designers finish your logo and label for your approval.

  8. 08

    Production & Export

    Production starts once you approve your label, then QC and export shipment.

Do I need my own brand or logo to start?

What is the minimum order?

Indicatively, Stock label starts as low as 1 pallet per SKU, and Custom formulation asks for roughly 1,000 L per SKU to justify the development investment — final figures are confirmed with you at request time.

What documents come with my order?

TDS, SDS (GHS-compliant and localized), a batch-specific COA, certificate of origin, and commercial invoice — compiled for every order.

Do I need a B2B account first?

Yes — both tracks require a verified B2B account before you can start a private-label request.
