Who can buy from B2BOIL?
B2BOIL is a business-to-business portal for distributors, importers, and wholesale or private-label buyers. Pricing and online ordering unlock after your B2B account is approved.
How do I get pricing?
Prices are shown to approved B2B account holders. Request an account; once verified, you'll see wholesale pricing and can request a proforma.
What is the minimum order?
Orders are planned by pallet and container. Minimum quantities depend on the product and packaging; you can plan pallet and container loads in the catalog before requesting a quote.
How does payment work?
After you approve the proforma, a 30% deposit is due (upload the receipt to your panel) and production begins. When your goods are loaded, we upload loading photos and export documents to your panel; you then pay the 70% balance and we dispatch.
Which Incoterms do you offer?
We ship under Incoterms 2020. The rule (for example FOB or CIF) and the named port depend on your destination and are set in your proforma.
What packaging is available?
Standard packaging includes drums, barrels, and IBC tanks. Options are shown per product.
What are your lead times?
We produce to order. Standard production lead time is 3–4 weeks after your deposit is confirmed; the exact dispatch date is stated on your proforma. Private-label timelines are indicative and confirmed per project.
Can I request samples?
Yes. With an approved B2B account, open any product, choose the pack and use “Request sample” under the order box — up to 5 units, sent to one of your addresses. We prepare and ship it, and post the carrier and tracking number under Samples in your account. A private label request can include a sample too; it is listed under Samples as well.
What documents do you provide?
Technical data sheets (TDS) and safety data sheets (SDS), a batch-specific certificate of analysis (COA) with your order, and the export/customs documents for your shipment.
Do you offer private label?
Yes. We produce private-label lubricants under your brand — see the Private Label page for tracks, minimums, and the process.
How do I track my order?
From your panel: every order shows its status and payment stages, and the Shipments page follows your goods on the way — sea containers with the vessel, route and estimated arrival straight from the carrier, road shipments with positions our operations team posts about every two days. Without signing in, the Order Tracking page accepts your order number and account e-mail.
